None of this is transmitted to Aerojays, to any Aerojays server, or to any third party. Uninstalling the app removes all of it.

The PRO customer book lets you store names, phone numbers, email addresses and notes for your own customers. That information is entered by you, kept on your device, and never sent to Aerojays or anyone else. It's used only inside the app — to attach a customer to a job, to start a call or email through your own phone, and to build an email list that you choose to export and send.

You can edit or delete any customer at any time, and deleting removes them from the device. Because you're storing other people's contact details, handling that information responsibly — and complying with any marketing or privacy laws that apply where you operate, such as getting consent before sending marketing email — is your responsibility as the business owner.

When you export a spreadsheet, email list, quote card or job file, the app creates that file on your device and hands it to your own share sheet. Where it goes next — email, messages, cloud storage — is entirely your choice, and the app has no visibility into it.

Android's built-in automatic backup may include this app's data in the backup of your own device, stored in your own Google account. That's a feature of Android and your Google account, not something Aerojays operates or can access. You can turn it off in your device's system backup settings.

If you attach a photo to a job, the app asks for camera or photo-library access so you can take or choose that photo. Photos are resized and stored locally — never uploaded anywhere by the app.

The optional microphone button (for typing a job name by voice) uses your device's built-in speech recognition. On Android that's provided by Google's speech-to-text service, which may process the audio off-device under Google's own privacy practices — standard Android behaviour, not something Aerojays operates or has access to. Voice input is entirely optional; typing works exactly the same without it.

Share Quote, quote cards and the QR code all hand a quote off using your device's own share sheet, email app or camera — you choose where it goes. Quote card images are generated on your device and written to temporary storage only long enough to be shared. The app never sends a quote anywhere on its own.

There's no sign-up, no login, no advertising, and no analytics or tracking SDKs in this app. It works with no internet connection at all.

If you unlock PRO, that one-time purchase is handled entirely by Google Play Billing. Aerojays does not receive or store your payment details — Google processes the transaction under its own privacy policy.

This app is a business tool for quoting print jobs and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from children, and as explained above, we don't collect information from anyone.
